FAITH FOUNDATION.
Faith formation goes beyond simply acquiring knowledge of the Bible; it involves
nurturing a deep and personal relationship with God. Through biblical education, believers are equipped with a solid foundation of God's Word, enabling them to navigate life's challenges and make decisions in line with God's will. Faith formation also encompasses mentoring, where seasoned believers guide and encourage others in their spiritual journey. Ultimately, faith formation is about applying biblical principles in practical ways, allowing our faith to permeate every aspect of our lives.
OUTREACH.
Outreach is a central aspect of the Christian faith. We are called to share the good news of salvation and the transformative power of Christ's love with those outside the walls of the church. This
involves engaging with our community, demonstrating acts of love, kindness, and service. Through acts of compassion and empathy, we strive to meet the needs of others and show them the unconditional love that we have experienced through Christ. Outreach is not just about conversion, but about building relationships and creating opportunities for others to encounter the love of God. It is a way to bring hope, healing, and restoration to those who are hurting and longing for purpose and meaning in life.
FELLOWSHIP.
Fellowship is a pillar of the Christian faith that emphasizes the importance of building
authentic and meaningful relationships within the body of Christ. We are called to love, encourage, and support one another as we walk together on the journey of faith. In fellowship, we find a sense of belonging and acceptance, where we can be vulnerable and transparent with one another. It is in these relationships that we experience spiritual growth and accountability. Through fellowship, we discover and utilize our spiritual gifts, contributing to the enrichment and edification of the body of Christ as a whole. It is a place where we find strength, unity, and purpose, as we seek to fulfill God's mission in the
world.

OUR HISTORY
New Beginning Missionary Baptist Church
On March 8, 1998, New Beginning Missionary Baptist Church was founded under the leadership of Reverend Carl S. Smith, Sr., whose deep faith and vision set the foundation for a community rooted in prayer, trust in God's promises, and unwavering belief in His divine purpose. Reverend Smith's mission was clear: to encourage the congregation to stand firm in their faith, enduring trials with steadfastness and believing that through prayer and dedication, they would experience the fulfillment of God’s promises for their lives and their community. His vision was one of spiritual growth, perseverance, and the pursuit of a life led by divine purpose.
Tragically, Pastor Smith passed away on April 9, 2020, after a brief battle with COVID-19, leaving a deep sorrow in the hearts of the church. However, his legacy of faith and commitment to God's mission remained alive in the congregation. Even through the challenges of grief and uncertainty, the church found strength in the mission Pastor Smith had set before them. They continued to move forward, grounded in the belief that God’s presence and guidance would see them through any storm, and that through steadfastness and faith, they would remain a beacon of hope in the community.

On July 30, 2023, New Beginning Church entered a new era with the calling of Reverend Dr. Lance Franklin, a pastor of wisdom and grace, to lead the congregation. Dr. Franklin's leadership has revitalized the church’s vision, and under his guidance, the church embraces a renewed mission to equip believers to endure life’s trials, recognize God's presence in all situations, and live lives of obedient service. His leadership encourages the church to remain steadfast, strengthening their faith, sharing testimonies, and expressing love in all they do.

The church's vision is to inspire and cultivate a community that embodies unwavering faith, transformative testimony, and spiritual perseverance. It is a place where believers are empowered to answer God's call, move beyond perceived limitations, and live a life rooted in divine purpose. The mission of New Beginning Church is to create an environment where faith is strengthened, God’s presence is recognized, and love is evident. Through teaching, prayer, and worship, the church strives to deepen the connection with God, helping individuals move from spiritual darkness into His marvelous light, from rejection to redemption, and from challenges to victorious living.
